SS10 Reverie Collection in store now

While it still may be a little early to whip out the summer dresses, we couldn't wait to share with you our new collection called Reverie. It gives a feeling of being lost in a daydream, with our signature luxury blends of silk, bamboo, linen, and modal creating willowy, flirtatious silhouettes tempered by more streamlined shapes.

The must-have of every girl's wardrobe, the modal blend basics again form the foundation of the seamless collection in soft dusty hues of pale pink, silver and Russian blue. 

The lustrous linen silk is the new addition to the collection. In flirty, oversized shapes, the ethereal texture delicately plays with transparency and effortlessly layers over the more streamlined pieces. After a few months of searching we have found our new home...Level 2, Shop 223 Melbourne Central! And what a beautiful home it is indeed. Complete with fresh, modern décor which complements our winter palette perfectly.

cylk as a cocktail....

We've gone a little stir crazy at cylk this week (pun intended!) and yes we're a little ahead of ourselves talking cocktails on a Thursday, but the sun is out in Melbourne again so why not replace the umbrella dangling from your wrist with a cocktail! Here at cylk we love bamboo, we use bamboo fibres in our clothes so why not give you a recipe to match your outfit! (If you don't have the outfit I think a trip to QV is in order!) Here it is ladies, enjoy! We think if we were to be any cocktail it would have to be this one!

BAMBOO COCKTAIL

1 oz. Rum

1 oz. Peach Schnapps

1/3 Lemonade

1/3 Pineapple juice

1/3 Cranberry juice

Shake it all together and serve in a chilled glass.
