We've gone a little stir crazy at cylk this week (pun intended!) and yes we're a little ahead of ourselves talking cocktails on a Thursday, but the sun is out in Melbourne again so why not replace the umbrella dangling from your wrist with a cocktail! Here at cylk we love bamboo, we use bamboo fibres in our clothes so why not give you a recipe to match your outfit! (If you don't have the outfit I think a trip to QV is in order!) Here it is ladies, enjoy! We think if we were to be any cocktail it would have to be this one!
BAMBOO COCKTAIL
1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1/3 Lemonade
1/3 Pineapple juice
1/3 Cranberry juice
Shake it all together and serve in a chilled glass.
